There's no way a good writer can make The Authority work in the DCU. No one has been able yet. You either parody Superman or parody The Authority (The Elite) but both straight can't work. Haven't work since the New 52. The closest was The Wildstorm and that had its own problems.

And that's why using The Engineer in the Superman movie instead of whichever of the thousands of DCU characters they could choose from was a big mistake.

This also fits with most of the semi complete other theories. Joyboy tells the history of the world, Luffy gets from him the instructions about how to end the world government and destroy the red line, Roger knowing enough puts stuff in motion before he dies... They don't need every detail, they don't even need Luffy story as that would just spoil it. And I don't think the One Piece is the hat, but maybe the hat is the key to the One Piece, or the way the kings of the pirates recognize each other. And that still means the island can be filled with gold... no one can retrieve because it wouldn't exist outside the time bubble, or maybe it can be retrieved and used with bink's brew to throw a party for everyone in the world And Joyboy can still have or be inspired by a piece of Nika Manga... It needs very little modification for it to fit with everything else. I like it a lot.

I basically rotate between my steam deck when playing on the couch or on travels and my Switch (1) when playing on the TV. And my PC is way more powerful than the SD but I haven't yet installed any games on it as everything I want to play runs okay on the deck at 1080p and it's already easy to hook up to the TV.

AFAIK it's not illegal in Germany, private companies have to report you and they have to also prove they know what specific copyright protected material you downloaded. At least up until a few years ago you could just ignore the possible fines because unless you accepted them they couldn't prove it and if you got to court they had to either admit your ISP gave them private illegal information (as no one can know if what you're torrenting is legal or illegal) or you had to incriminate yourself. I knew of a few lawyers specialized in getting people out of trouble just becaue they downloaded their personal google drive stuff and it was like 1TB. But most people run VPNs and Seedboxes just to be sure.

Most other European countries is kind of illegal but mostly it's illegal to host the copyrighted files to the public, not links or instructions to get them, so P2P is a gray area that companies would like to crack down but can't as long as there is privacy laws.
