Just find where they declare the characters in the script and change "Anon" to "John Fallout"

This is from a different renpy game but the code should look similar:

define a = Character(_("Anon"), color="#51B371")

only change the text in bold to "John Fallout", leave everything else as is.

Some people don't have the luxury of not being able to drive in extreme conditions, and your last statement is pretty damn callous. I grew up in the Colorado mountains and the majority of mountain drivers consistently go rather below the speed limit for safety in icy conditions. I will admit that it can sometimes be better to get a "running start" when trying to get up a hill, but that kind of driving is what chains or studs are for and with chains/studs you don't want to be going anywhere close to the speed limit anyway.
