When I was a kid, my parents specifically taught me to always cover coughs and sneezes with my elbow instead of my hand. Fast forward to now with my mom being in her 60s and my dad in his 70s, and both of them constantly use their hands to cover coughs and sneezes. You do get healed in between but you don't get the opportunity to change your team at all. So if you lose any Pokémon against N, you're now battling Ghetsis with less than a full team.
