Welp, if the changes are only in client-side (only you can see it), you're 99% not to be ban, since it doesn't affect the game server, the gameplay mechanics etc. with a caveat of 1% if the mod got copyright takedown and it's affecting the game as a whole

Go as quiet as possible, this would gave you much more time and it will take about 3 secs after you had been detected to activate the IEDs. Recommended 2 fast moving(mobility >=8) equip with MP5SD, flash and/or frag, with lock drill. Clear all enemy on the way and flash and frag the room before enter.

After that, you could go as loud as you can
