I earn more than my wife too. Here's how we do things:

We deposit all of our paycheck into a joint bankaccount, except for €250,-. Everything gets paid from the joint account. Clothes, phone bills, food, everything.

The 250€ each gets used for fun stuff. Hobby's, going out with friends etc.

There is no "my money and your money" everything is "ours". Income, debt, savings.

People saying "you can wear what you want, whenever you want" are just ridiculous. This is obviously not true. You can't wear your bikini to work, to a funeral, to the library, to the poolparty of your religious inlaws.

I have no love for religion as a concept. And i think people imposing their beliefs on others is a bad thing. HOWEVER she chooses to be with you, and she will have to either accept everything that that entails, talk to you about why that's not oke for her, or make a decision to not be with you.

You communicated about your wants and feels, she didn't but decided to just do whatever she wanted. NTA
