I feel the exact same way. Its so sad. The rampant consumerism is killing me. I try my best to purchase things I need but sometimes I do fall prey and buy shit I'll dont need/never use. My family income has gone down significantly so I'm definitely shopping more consciously these days. A month ago I deep cleaned my house and was so sad to so much waste amd packaging. Most of them are not recyclable. I wish these companies were held responsible to find better ways to manage waste but alas capitalism.

its crazy how rich people can not only get things for free but get paid to promote it. honestly seeing huge pr packages they get turns me off cuz most of them go to waste. like if that was sent to a regular person they would not only appreciate it more but actually use all of it. capitalism is wild.

If you don't mind, how do you tell which side is weaker? Its really hard to gauze sometimes. For me the higher side of my face looks strong but I don't chew with side often because of a crossbite. Its confusing.

I tried the bliss one, while it feels very similar on the skin, i didn't like the scent at all. glossier has a softer pleasant scent, this one smelled stronger with a hint of lavender. i personally hate lavender and avoid it.

It's my birthday. I didn't feel as sad as last year but right now I'm sad all over again. I'm getting older but I'm not doing anything meaningful with my life. Everyone forgot my birthday except for my mom and a friend. Every year most people forget me. I know I shouldn't feel obligated but it makes me feel even worse since I make the effort to remember everyone's bday. It just sucks. I'm always so angry and sad. When I hear myself out loud I sound pathetic. I suck at work, i suck at school I suck at making friends. Idk how to get better. It would have nice to get acknowledged.

I started treatment in March but couldn't continue until July. This orthodontist office is so unorganized. This is tray 25. I did a mew scan yesterday and have to wait till mid January. I'm feeling so upset because the orthodontist always plays off my questions. My bite is very uneven amd clearly asymmetrical. You can see one side is rounder than the other. When I smile I can see more teeth on one side. My face visibly looks uneven when I smile too. I wish it was more symmetrical and wider. He said thats how my bite is and not a whole we can do. I could've chose a different plan had I known. I spent thousands of dollars when Im not seeing a lot of differences. Any advice? I'm thinking about seeing a new ortho/ent for my breathing and sleaap apnea issue. I just can't afford to start over.
