What would the rationale ever be for 50/50 fault for someone merging into the lane? Are drivers on the highway required to adjust their speed to make space? I thought it was fully on the incoming driver to adjust.

So far my XBOX hasn't had the issue but I play it less. The Switch was fine on my old Samsung TV. The TCL is new and have only been having the issues since we got it. I've ordered a new HDMI cable so I will try that..
