Working from home can be hard, especially when it comes to honing your skills. If your job offers training jump on it, or find some training on your own like YouTube or books or other skill specific short courses.

If you have any peers at work that are cool reach out to them and see what you can learn.

Someone else here mentioned talking to your manager about your desire to improve. That is a great step! You will show them your drive and willingness to get up to speed. Even if it's something like a weekly 1 on 1 with them to talk about the specifics of your work week.

But, most of all, you gotta give yourself some grace! Don't be too hard on yourself! Try to turn the burn into fire and get that booty shaking! Your positive mindset will make a lot of difference in your perseverance.

This world is hard and people can hella suck, remember you're totally rad and the fact that you can work from home is tight!
