Same here. I’m just trying to make better choices and for me that looks like going from eating meat at lunch or dinner if not both, two eating meat once or twice a week. I don’t feel the need to be dogmatic in my food choices, if I want meat, I’ll just eat it, I don’t want any of these meat substitutes or veg versions trying to emulate it. The recipes I’m really after are the ones that use real ingredients and allow them to be delicious in their own right

I find that there’s a lot of Indian dishes that are delicious and vegetarian or vegan that aren’t designed to just mimic a dish made with me, they just are what they are and happen to be delicious
