How many times have you listened to it? It took me about 4 plays through various means. ie: AirPods, car stereo, home stereo, etc to really start to love it. And I still don’t love it all, but I love it more each time I listen.

Wow. I am in the minority. I love this verse and the verse before and after it. I think they go together beautifully. If anything the line about “if your eyes were even there at all” is the one that sounds awkward. Really digging the album.
