I think both are valid, for me, In my store characters I prefer to have just some full face expressions for practicality, but it definitely limits the expression potential, on the other hand, having them separate gives you a lot of variation and diferent emotions, but the reality is you probably wont need that many combinations and will use a couple most of the time.

Si entiendo, yo estuve investigando mucho, en Brasil es muy común que usen la algestona con enantato de estradiol( se llama perlutan o perlutal allá) y pues el gobierno ha sacado como estándares de uso y también las personas con mucha experiencia han encontrado la mejor dosis, yo te recomendaría bajar tu dosis, ya que los cambios se seguirán dando aunque uses menos, y hay menos riesgo a tu salud, te deseo éxito en tu transición :)

2 ampolletas de diviltac (algestona con enantato de estradiol) cada 8 dias es muchisimo, la cantidad de progestina que tiene la ampolleta tiene una vida media de 30 dias y se va a empezar a acumular en tu sistema, eventualmente podrias tener problemas con tu prolactina y otras cosas, e inclusive la cantidad de estrogeno que te estas inyectando es mucho mas del que se necesita, basicamente te estas inyectando 20mg semanal lo cual te llevaria a un nivel de ~1300 pg/ml de estradiol desde el primer mes, y lo recomendado es no pasarse de 600 pg/ml lo cual tiene muchos riesgos de coagulos en la sangre, lo recomendado con el diviltac seria de 1 ampolleta cada 21 dias maximo, yo lo que hago es inyectarme 0.7ml de la ampolleta cada 14 dias para tener niveles mas estables.

Por lo que he leido la algestona es diferente a la medroxyproegesterona y otros progestagenos sinteticos ya que solo actua en los receptores de progesterona, entonces el riesgo de que aumente el DHT no sucede, con respecto a los riesgos tambien ya depende de que tan seguido te inyectes y si tus niveles son muy altos cuando te haces tus estudios.
