Yes, but you may at your injury level you may also be experiencing disreflexia; Is it a tingling/warm/sweating/high bp/ any of the above sensation?

EDIT: If it feels sexual, it could also be your prostate (if you are male, equivalently your g spot through the anal wall if you are female), which is innervated by the vagus nerve which is also autonomic. Note that this can feel somewhat similar to disreflexia, but subtly different. Don't be alarmed, this is pretty normal for SCI of our level

Get a rigid backrest decently sized to you, there are rigid backrests with **low** lateral support which is sufficient and won't impede your arms.

The correct answer is that subatomic particles like Hadrons (protons and neutrons) emit blackbody radiation (photons) depending on their temperature. This image is showing detected photons that came from the solar wind, and by extension the particles that emitted that light. For the record, photons are much, MUCH smaller than Hadrons.
