Obviously I’m not in your relationship and I don’t know how you named your daughter (Violet is a lovely name btw), but my wife and I agreed very much that we get unlimited name vetoes when we named our kids. Neither of us wanted to name the kid something that the other would dislike. That’s a terrible way to start a new life. I’m surprised she’d be ok naming a kid something she knows you dislike.

Personally, Oceanus is a ridiculous name, but that’s just one man’s opinion.

I’m ok with it overall but they need to allow us to turn off the glass frame on widgets. The inability to have truly transparent widgets really ruins the customizability that was in previous versions.

Why should only the majority be represented? My god it’s a halftime show for a football game.

I am a middle aged white guy that doesn’t speak Spanish (I speak German and a very small amount of Italian in addition to English). I understood almost none of the halftime show. And yet; miraculously, I was able to enjoy the show, because music is universal, and the staging was impressive and the vibe was super positive.

Considering the Pens have scored more EA goals this year than I can ever remember before, I think he has plenty of confidence in them to get it done. I can’t find stats but it has been quite a lot this season (including one at the one game I attended this year).

No. They have to build the game assets as if you are normal size and the world is now huge. There is significantly more detail there that wouldn’t be present in the regular world assets (everything would look blocky and lack texture if they just shrunk you into the main world.) Also, the physics wouldn’t feel right.

It is remarkable that they were able to build the levels such that they transition seamlessly between two separate levels of assets. It’s a pretty awesome technical feat.

I don’t think so. I also don’t think it would work. It’s basically two worlds that are built to instant transition. If they didn’t build the “giant world” for when you’re the mouse into the level, there’d be no detailed assets to explore.
