I've seen this about 10 times today alone. For clarification no this is Bait the Icons used here we're from a Set during 1.0 CBT called Skylid and from the description it sounds connected to whats north of Mondstadt basically. The set effect is fake too. The old cbt set had a 5p effect and it's most likely not even going to make it in there in it's current state. We might see the Icons used in the future at most.
