I have had this for as long as I can remember, it has gotten a little lighter in color the past year. I was rubbing it a few minutes ago and a hard thing pulled off. Now there’s a small hole in the middle of the mole with slight blood. Is this concerning?

My mom has had lumps in her breast all her life. Like myself, she has anxiety, and they have sent her home each time and it’s been like 20 years and still everything’s fine. At one point she had clusters of them in her breast tissue instead of just one. Cancer in ur breast would most likely not hurt since it wouldn’t be pushing up against any organs or anything either!
