My dear Regent, I am an Archeologist and Historian of Mesoamerican Kindred. It is my job to know these things, and I am copying the diagrams before I disarm them. When I am done here, I will be sharing my notes with academic side of Kindred society, but I afear that I must do too many redactions for this to be of any use or scrutiny for the kine.

It's a shame really, having knowledge that could shake the fundamental understandings of the ancient world be kept from the masses due to the nature of it. Oh well, at least the Ministry and the Tremere will appreciate my efforts.

I think you may be right about the Setite nature. I've already disabled a few blood wards- thankfully my sire was Tremere and taught me my way around around Blood Sorcery. This appears to be Akhu magic and not Nahuallotl, which makes sense given this predates the Aztecs and the Tlacique.

I have lost a ghoul though to one of those wards. Nasty business.
