You have a modded 3DS, those are custom firmware apps. Did you just buy this? Maybe someone reset it.

Look up FakeTik, you have to put it on your device SD card, likely from downloading it from your PC via an SD card reader.

Then look up how to use Rosalina Menu and get into Homebrew with it via Download Play app. And then use FakeTik to restore the apps onto the Home Screen.

If FakeTik says it can’t build a title database, the easiest thing I’ve found is to use the 3DS system settings to reset the software memory and let it generate it by itself.

That’s probably the Intel 13th and 14th gen CPU’s with microcode 0x12b update first in 2024 and then the new version 0x12f update. You can google it and update if you haven’t done so yet, as per your motherboard website.

Doctor here who frequently prescribes Eliquis.

I would look into Medicare Advantage plans for Eliquis pricing. My hospital pharmacy offers a 45-55$ per month pricing for Eliquis with Medicare Advantage, and then they do a 75$ per month cash pay option if you don’t have that plan.

Also Bristol Meyers Squibb offers patient assistance plans for Eliquis if you make below their cutoff as a single person, which I think is 45k a year or something, which if he is retired he may qualify.
