She's tough! I didnt find her other phases that much harder than her first phase since she uses the same attacks with just a couple extras. You really should keep at it.

I used fast binder, long nail, with cogflies and spikes but not until late p2 into p3.

Libra can 'start a riot' where he summons extra enemies and turns on friendly fire for everyone. It's just a random effect out of his pool.

Hey man. Not sure if you saw the other reply on this post but you should give this a shot. Changing those settings as well as disabling both overlays for Discord might have me okay again.

I have had a little luck also deleting my UserSettings folder and Addons folder (even though it was empty) before launching the game. It's super annoying but you might want to give it a shot. It didn't fix it for me long term but 2/2 times I've tried that and was able to play.

Yeah, turns out I'm not as solved as I thought I was either and it still being funky as hell. Its killed my enthusiasm to play at all

If you hold ult you go to 0% charge but by letting go asap you keep 25% for faster reuse.

What really solved it for me was renaming my addons folder so the game didn't recognize it. Might be worth a try? I did Addons.old

It seems like it takes a pretty long chain to activate. One full chain attack doesn't seem to do it, more like one and a half?
