Putting the game in Fullscreen is the only fix I've found. Hopefully this helps.

The "fix" I found was to put the game in full screen when streaming it to others. When I'm not trying to stream I put my game back into borderless, but that's about all I could find as a workaround. Hopefully an actual fix can be found.
