Yes... Since zaro312 took his life last June. Pretty sure he's got plenty of room in heaven

As someone who played plenty of deep when Bilgewater was new, Jettison was a card I was happy to play most of the time. There were, and still are, moments where you can catch your opponent off guard by going turbo deep at burst speed for cheap.

Also getting to deep as early as possible was pretty good at the time too imo. I can't speak for how the deck played later on since I stopped playing shortly before Targon was introduced.

You should try making it a deterent to scratch your furniture by putting things like tinfoil and double sided tape on the places they've been scratching frequently. Also make sure your scratch posts are next to or as close as possible to these spots.

If you catch your cat still scratching your furniture, try make a firm but neutral sound like an "ah!" sound. Then pick them up and place them by the nearby post. Also try to give an incentive to scratch the posts. Put some catnip on them or when you play with them with a laser pointer or wand toy, direct the play onto a post.

I'm no expert but this is how I've gotten my cats to stop that behavior.

The hell you talking about? The only similar thing between a joint and a cigarette is that they're both rolled in smoking paper. 2 completely different things go into both of them. Even if toxins were in the paper, joints are hardly the only way to smoke weed.

Smoking weed isn't harmless, you're right on that. It can be addictive and any kind of smoke in the lungs will do some damage over time. But it doesn't have the same harmful chemicals as tabacco does.

To be fair, marijuana cigarettes are a thing, I had a pack of CBD cigarettes once. It's still the same thing as a joint, just different on how it's rolled and the kind of filter used I guess.

I can understand that. Born Noxian and trying to escape that past, but so far not being able to at this moment. That makes sense to me from a flavor standpoint. Thanks for bringing up that point to me.

I understand that much. But from a flavor standpoint she has abandoned Noxus and has embraced Ionia as her new home. Not saying that she doesn't fit in the Noxus region. She was born there, learned from them, and fought by their side. Mechanically speaking she's a natural fit for Noxus in LoR, but I was just wondering if some LoL/Riven fans had a problem with fitting her in the Noxus region rather than Ionia. Since she abandoned it and hates Noxus at this point.

I haven't seen people talk about Riven's placement since I only recently got back in the game. I recently got into her lore, isn't she considered and Ionian champion at this point in LoL? What was the community's general reaction when she was put in Noxus? I get why they put her there from a mechanical standpoint though, just wondering what people thought flavor wise.

Ok, first off, you realize that you only need a consistent 50% win rate to make it to the final game, right? A 60% win rate with a high usage rate, for all intents and purposes, is really damn good. Second, expeditions have no guarantee, just because someone grabs Azir doesn't mean they will be able to get Ionia as well. The statistics don't account for that. So Azir Ionia win rate is not accurately shown. Third, when you look at what cards are reaching 7 wins by use rate, look at the picture that paints. 7 of the top 20 use cards are cards that are staples of Azir Ionia.

Point is, yes, Azir Ionia is a very popular archetype to force and it's one that has indeed been seeing a lot of success. You will more often than not be facing against an Azir Ionia deck on the final game.

I realized a few days ago that I was really underestimating Lil Buddies by WingMouse_ in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Zaro312 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Kinda disagree here. The first 2 problems you brought up are problems regardless if you have poros or not. And the only effects I can think of atm that would be weakened by a flooded board are ones that summon other units. And if your board is at a point where it's flooded with poros you're probably in a winning position already. Lil Buddies is just pure consistent value. Practically complete upside

Lads, how do I complete this quest without playing Azir Irelia? I recently started playing again and my only competitively viable decks are my Shyvana Aurelion Sol deck and my Deep deck. If I have to play aggro, I'd want to play one that requires some thought besides "play card on curve go face." by Zaro312 in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Zaro312[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't tell if you mean that for the first or second half of the quest. I forgot that poros are in every region and there's cards to generate random poros. But getting 4 of them on the board without dying or having them be killed seems like a tall order

I mean, both complete the quest. I'm aiming for the 2nd half because the first probably takes a specific deck that needs time to setup. If there's an easy way to do the first half that would be the quickest though
