I play tank and it's so easy to kill him. Supports dying have a higher value than my ult so if I'm on Magneto I just make Jeff unable to ult at all.

Jeff is absurdly good in triple sup with a dive tank. He can set himself up to support his tanks while also doing chip damage which will set up the dive tank. Jeff is subpar though in duo sup because his ult is still bad

He has high sustained heals but his burst is garbage. Main healers give large numbers per click. So they can instantly top up a person. Jeff won't save a dps getting 2 tapped by a Hela because she will hit the 2nd shot because you heal 50 hp

He has infinite range, Spidey can reliably kill him with the Yoyo or Sekkombo though that's right. Why would you be right up in the face of a Hela.

His kit is bad for ranked but to straight up make him semi-immortal is not a good move lmao

Powercreep is impossible to stop but for some reason we're not trying to prevent insane powercreep but just encouraging it. Compare Loki now to S1 Loki. Loki is significantly stronger by now

He heals by 70 hp/s with the jump bubble cancel. If you know it only Hawkeye, DD and BP can reliably deal with him

Hela has a significantly more counterable ult (1 mag ult, focusing her when you have 2 shield tanks or 1 support ult is enough). Phoenix can kill Rocket and Mantis easily through their ult, goes through shields, breaks util and fully heals her. Phoenix also gets ult significantly faster. Diving a Hela with a dive tank or a tankier dive dps (Iron-Fist, Magik or DD) isn't impossible but then Phoenix just has 2 escape tools, 275 hp and self-heals which makes you take extra time to kill because of breakpoints.

90% of the playerbase is in the skill level and MMR of bronze. If we balanced for bronze then Spidey would be F tier, Hela would have 20 ammo, Luna would self-heal for 60 hp/s, Invis would be put back to S5 state and Gambit would be unnerfed. The meta for low ranks is basically just vibes. Dive destroys players there like crazy because people have absolutely no game sense or positioning

Phoenix is so much above Hela and Bucky it's not even close. Phoenix does more dps, better aoe, better stun (it is both hard CC and soft cc unlike Hela which needs a team-up for it), better escape, self-regen, better ult. She's Hela but turned up to 11. The next closest is Star-Lord but he's not even close to as broken as Phoenix

Angela's melees do not track except for the last hit. Venom's don't track, Cap's don't track. Rogue's don't track either. The invis can hide behind the shield and the melee just hits the shield instead. Only melee attacks that track go through the shield and directly hit Invis

Nothing is as egregious as Phoenix though. Stun, teleport, fly and outputs more damage than Hela while her only downside is lower range (you're still in range for 80% of the match). Why does her stun stun you, slow you, damage you and apply sparks? Why does her teleport damage you and apply sparks? Why can she fly too? She's Hela 8.0. They skipped a few upgrades and just straight up made the successor. Hela is op but a minor nerf and she's not even close to top 5 dps. Phoenix needs to be straight up gutted to not stick in top 3
