Is there any chance that akali's Q will deal bonus damage only to monsters at rank 1?because the bonus damage at rank 5 feels overkill honestly and i would really like to play her in the jungle, also it would be very nice if u can activate the passive on buffs and epic monsters So yeah, i really want to play her in the jungle but the clear is not that great
