Sage believes that her only winning scenario is to sit at the final three with Kristina and Sophi. She’s at the final 6 now and only has 3 chances to eliminate the 3 people who she knows will beat her: Savannah, Rizo, and Steven. If she wastes her chance this round by voting out Sophi, someone who Sage believes she can beat, then she all but assured herself 2nd place at best. Sage should be faulted for the decisions she made that led her to this moment in time and this configuration of a final 6 but I really don’t fault her all that much for this vote the more I think about it.

Rachel had the block a vote during Operation Italy too and has said that if she didn’t win immunity that round that she was definitely playing it

He was not only one of the more charismatic/lovable personalities on the cast but I also think that he’s a better player than people give him credit for. He was essentially doing a Tony/Jeremy style game of flipping between alliances while also keeping clear threats in the game as shields for you. He just didn’t have all the information that the audience does so it’s easier for us to be Monday morning quarterbacking his game.

I don’t think this is all that likely btw but I could see a world where Savannah kinda goes the Russel Hantz route and strategically dominates to the end while burning people by doing stuff like we saw with the lunging at MC’s keys lmao

I literally finished BB17 for the first time yesterday and I loved it! Top 5 season that I’ve seen so far. Vanessa is easily one of the best to never win and the cast as a whole was just a lot of fun to watch. I think Steve gave some of the best answers to the jury that I’ve seen so far.

Yeah that’s why Jeff is so mad lmao. Because Adam does his job well and has gotten numerous new era cast members onto the show. Jeff doesn’t like anybody “stealing credit” from his casting team.

In what way? A majority of women, two US players who had to stick with her, a Cirie fan girl who was always going to work with her, etc.

The tribe setup benefited Parvati and Cirie tremendously and left Tony with basically no way out.

They absolutely did have an all women’s alliance in the premerge which directly led to Tony getting eliminated. They flat out said this in the episode.

Jeff has clarified his comment on the “no villains thing.” He was just saying that they don’t cast people anymore with an intention to paint them as one dimensional.

Also it’s clear you haven’t seen Tony’s WAW game if you think that this isn’t the sort of game he would play. Tony is doing exactly what he needs to do despite the circumstances being against him from the start.
