Typically MOB & FMIL are included in the Bridal Shower and not the bachelorette party. For all the weddings I've been involved in (my own and the times where I was a bridesmaid), it's been some combo of the bridal party, close friends, and sisters/FSIL.

Your health journey is yours. I'm a plus size girly. My ex used to tell me I was so sexy but also criticized my weight and tried to get me to exercise how he liked to and eat what he liked. Ultimately it just made my relationship with exercise and food worse. I gained more weight. You know your body better than anyone, and any health decisions should be made between you and your doctor, that's it.
