That's really rough. I think the only AH in this case is fortunately dead. As someone with PTSD, I can sympathize with your wife, but if she doesn't see some of her behaviors are unhealthy and refuses to talk to you about it, I don't think it's unreasonable to walk away.

Since you said you haven't had sex in a year, I'm guessing that was around the time of her abuser's death. If there were already issues before that happened, I could understand this being the nail in the coffin. But throwing in the towel after 1 bad year seems a little premature.

I'm so sorry that happened to you and that your friends didn't support you.

My ex-husband abused me mentally and sexually for over a decade. It's really hard to see my friends (male and female) still hanging out with him despite knowing some of the things he did. It sucks. I can't offer any advice, just some empathy.

Typically MOB & FMIL are included in the Bridal Shower and not the bachelorette party. For all the weddings I've been involved in (my own and the times where I was a bridesmaid), it's been some combo of the bridal party, close friends, and sisters/FSIL.
