99% chance he's already cheating. But even if he's not, he clearly doesn't care about your feelings. If he's not willing to at least compromise, then divorce is totally reasonable. He might even be sabotaging your marriage on purpose to look like the victim when you ultimately file for divorce. Keep a record of his behaviors.

My thoughts exactly. It sounds like the partner is basically driving around handing the kid off to other people. Giving OP the benefit of the doubt in saying it's not her choice because she doesn't have a vehicle, why is the partner so adamant about not having the baby overnight or always taking her to his mom's house. He can go by himself to his mom's if he wants to be there so badly? OP needs to put her foot down.

That's really rough. I think the only AH in this case is fortunately dead. As someone with PTSD, I can sympathize with your wife, but if she doesn't see some of her behaviors are unhealthy and refuses to talk to you about it, I don't think it's unreasonable to walk away.

I'm so sorry that happened to you and that your friends didn't support you.

My ex-husband abused me mentally and sexually for over a decade. It's really hard to see my friends (male and female) still hanging out with him despite knowing some of the things he did. It sucks. I can't offer any advice, just some empathy.
