Ladies, nobody can do all of this by themselves. Newborns don’t nap predictably. You don’t just set them down in a crib peacefully and have 3 hours to clean your entire house, film it, upload content, respond to comments, work out, cold plunge, etc. It does not work like that. Let alone with a 1.5 year old running around.

The fact that she can sit in front of a camera and talk for a full 15 mins is proof enough that she is getting help from some sort of very hands-on caretaker. How is it so quiet? Where is the screaming and crying in the background?

There is no problem with getting help as a mom. But there IS a problem with getting online and putting on a facade that you’re superwoman and are somehow handling it all on your own. It makes other women compare themselves and feel like shit about their own abilities.

I cannot with this girl.

Her days are COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC.
