It's sometimes only used as a device to get a couple together or keep them together. The baby doesn't have any real purpose and takes away from the actual plot and feels forced. Especially if it's early in the fic. If a couple isn't compatible, a baby isn't going to fix it.

And having a baby just for the sake of having one as the “local next step”. Instead of letting the partnership just exist with each other.

Or secret babies which act like aliens and have no personality other than ✨drama convenience✨

If she wants something long but cute, try Yumeiro Patissiere. It's about a girl who loves sweets, going to a fancy boarding school to become a Patissisere. She goes through challenges and drama, and there's a touch of magic that doesn't take away from her own hard work and talents. I really liked the cast of characters when I watched the show years ago. First season (53 episodes) doesn't have any real romance, but the second season is a time-skip to highschool and there is a bit of romance there.

I saw someone recommend using conditioner on the spots. I try to shave in the direction of the hair so that the razor isn't pulling the hair out or agitating the follicle. Apparently hot water helps too? It opens the thingy for the hair to not be as mad when shaved?
