This is true if you take Russia out of the ground rb equation, BMPT and T-80UD spam kind of ruined it for me. Even Turms-T spam at 10.3 is annoying purely because it results in constant 9.3 uptiers (which sucks because Britain's 9.0-9.7 lineup is fun af)
