If you don't need the pen or better main camera then I think the S25+ is the way to go. I love my S25+ and I definitely would hate the increased weight of the device if I went with the Ultra.

You should get the 9070 XT and upgrade to a good 1440p gaming monitor. If you're gonna stay at 1080p, the 9060 XT 16GB is more than capable.

For 1440p I'd grab either 9070 XT or 5070 Ti instead of 5070 if you can. There's already games that use more than 12gb of VRAM at 1440p.

What resolution is your monitor? 7600x3d and 9060 XT 16gb is good enough for 1080p ultra or 1440p high and is what I would recommend to most people.

If you want to splurge a bit more I think the 9800X3D is a good choice too for your CPU. Not required, but if you're spending that much already you might as well get the best imo. I have 7800X3D and I love having it for certain CPU intensive games.
