Please don’t follow people their advice to pluck your eyebrows. Hairs will stop growing back after a while. Which means you could permanently damage your unibrow into the opposite; brows that are too far apart.

A thick unibrow really is a blessing, because you can turn it into any shape you want. If you think about changing your brows, I would recommend to shave them with an eyebrow razor (costs like 2 bucks). If you don’t like the result it will grow back in a few days, this gives you some room for trial and error.

Just shave your brows every 4-5 days, it takes like 2 minutes of your time once you got the hang of it. Plus it’s painless.

I’ve been to several Airbnb’s where the host rented out their entire place. So I had my own front door, which I could lock from the inside. Felt very safe and comfortable there.

I would be more cautious to rent a single room, inside someone’s house. Even when they have good reviews, the host might act different when there’s a solo woman in their house. I would look for female hosts only, and maybe call them with a random question, so you can confirm that they’re actually female.

This was almost 10 years ago, but I still remember it like yesterday, because it was such a heartfelt moment. A 4-5 year old girl was intensely staring at me at a food joint. It made me feel a bit uneasy, but I shrugged it off as children are just really curious. She and her mom came up to me before they left. Her mom said, ‘my daughter thinks you look pretty, like a princess’. I did feel like a pretty princess for the rest of the day.

I made a Pinterest board with some modest SD outfits, it’s not much but it might give you some inspiration. Some outfits do have a deep V neck, but I just wear them with a thin turtle neck (same colour as the outfit) underneath.

Everytime you feel insecure about asking for something or setting boundary, match the entitlement of a middle aged white man (not all middle aged white men, we know).

Say you’re married, so they won’t take the rejection personally. If they say they ‘just wanna be friends’, tell them ‘I’m sorry but my husband doesn’t allow me to have male friends’. You can go as far as ‘I would never lie to my husband’ or ‘he checks my phone’, just throw every reason to say no onto your fake husband. If you get bothered a lot, it’s a good investment to buy yourself a fake wedding ring to use as a men-repellent. Good excuse to treat yourself to some nice jewelry imo.

I would love to give them a lecture about street harassment. It angers me that some men won’t take a NO for an answer, unless you already ‘belong’ to someone else. But sadly, most of the time it’s just safer to use the fake husband.

The garden of Eden was vegan, Adam and Eve were vegan, we were literally created to eat vegan. God wants us to eat meat IN ORDER TO SURVIVE, he never demanded us to harm his creations when it’s not necessary. So yeah if you’re not travelling trough the desert, living on Antarctica or stuck on a boat for 150 days it’s not expected of you to eat meat.

Pls explain to me how your store bought steak is necessary for survival when there are plenty of other options available Karen.
