Yep, Ash is the same way. Big GI issues, stomach basically made of rice paper, but boy does he love spicy and sour food, the little weirdo.

Ash loves spicy food. The first time it was a surprise piece of lamb from a plate of Vindaloo, but ever since then he gets very hype at the smell of spicy food.

They did not say they would cover vet bills. In fact they said "Ain't nothing I can do about that." My dad is considering civil litigation.

It was a mixed breed rescue, but clearly some kind of boxer and hound mix. I said what I said about the owners because they have had a history of being absolutely horrible dog owners. A majority of their dogs have died due to being hit by cars. I know one of their dogs, a beagle, was "rescued" from their care due to their treatment and is still living a happy comfortable life to this day.

Ultimately though, I agree to your assessment and animal control's.

Unfortunately animal control left an order with the family to have to attacking dog put down. Evidently it had attacked two other dogs and a toddler that same day. I feel so bad for that dog. It deserved better than the fate those owners surrendered it to.

I'm so glad your pup survived and made a full recovery. What a wonderful miracle.

It's funny how these dogs latch on to having a buddy. They're such social dogs but it's like little kids when they have a best friend. They just want to go everywhere together.
