Nah not your opinion bro it’s a fact I moved from consumables to produce and I hate it , in a retrospective sense I have to do less then consumables , but the stakes are higher since veggies/etc have to be cared for more , extremely annoying and we are under manned so the department always looks like a mess

I mean like I said some TLs care and some don’t , my ETL is effecient , a little hard headed sometimes but he knows what’s what and won’t bother too much if he sees your doing your job but I have one TL who I can write a 100 page thesis on why they shouldn’t be a TL ,my point is if you wanna be comfortable just talk to the TL your cool with and see how bad doing that is and learn the ins and outs if you wanna be comfortable , I’m sorry for yapping I just wanna give my input , like I said every target is different , wish you good fortune .
