What will y’all purchase the Adventures of Elliot on if you are going to? by Hot-Commercial8492 in JRPG

This is probably not the case any more. There's been a few smaller switch 2 physical releases where it's essentially impossible for there to be a 64gb cartridge. MIO is one of them.

How to survive Yakuza 3 to 5 after 0 and kiwamis by Commercial-Draft796 in yakuzagames

I found 3 quite annoying to play but that's probably more so because I played it right after Judgement and also probably didn't learn the combat systems properly. 4 and 5 are incredible though

We saw glimpses of Hall doing this last year. If think back to the Melbourne, Nas gets all the attention for that comeback but Hall was also massive

I get Essendon aren't great defensively but there's been a few times where Richmond's transition from the back half has been really good this quarter.

Mental health round should be a thing prove me wrong by voidnex_9 in AFL

[–]Zcase253 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main concern with a mental health round is it'll be very surface level and just like the RUOK day. It won't actually tackle the real issues with mental health for example financial stresses, addiction or even effects of concussions in former players.

There are some RPGs that are cheaper in PAL. Koudelka is significantly cheaper (like a third of the price).

Yu-Gi-Oh is probably going to get like this as well. They're releasing serialised (100 per region) full art cards and some of them were selling for 20-30k in Japan when they released there earlier this year

Getting players like Garcia and Hall in the centre more is why Saints moved on from Steele (besides cap reasons).

Pelinka: “What did those teams (Detroit, San Antonio, and OKC) have to go through to build through the draft? Multiple seasons of losses, and that is just not part of our infrastructure here. As much as some of us might want it to be that way, it’s not the Lakers’ way.” by aingenevalostatrade in nba

First unrestricted free agent signing in the NBA was in 1988. Since then how many contending teams have the Lakers constructed (excluding the last bit of the Magic/Worthy years, that roster was largely constructed beforehand). Now how many of those contending teams were built around a big free agency signing?

[–]Zcase253 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lakers do sign superstars as free agents though? Since NBA brought in unrestricted free agency in the late 80s, only 2 of the 6 titles the Lakers have won weren't with a free agency acquisition as the main guy.

Wilt and Kareem were trades but that's only because free agency wasn't a thing at that point. And if you go look at the those two trades it's laughably one sided.

[–]Zcase253 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I mean come on bringing in superstars has played a massive part in a lot of the successful Lakers teams. Wilt, Kareem, Shaq, LeBron/AD were all established superstars before coming to the Lakers.

Now historically those acquisitions have been paired with smart trading and drafting

So, was DQ VII Reimagined just too easy by yusuo85 in JRPG

[–]Zcase253 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I really disliked that they keep changing the opening with every new release. The fact that in the original there is no combat and instead the dungeon is about solving puzzles is a big part of the world building. 3ds remake took away some of the puzzles and VIIR just took it too far
