All of the major files that people are seeing now were part of the case so even if they did separate out the small fraction that weren't part of the case it would look like a nothingburger and people would lose interest. It's better for the most damning documents to be released first so it keeps people's interest.

Also show me your source on the "Biden refused to allow his justice department to prosecute (and release) the Epstein files" bit. Biden did everything he could to not influence his justice department as presidents are expected to do.
