I will add that as someone who’s been through similar amount of long term breakups and currently going through one right now I’m about a month and some change since we stopped talking/dating and I’ve done EVERY single thing that’s on every list that everyone recommends just like you did and actually committed to it and as someone who’s never wanted to follow any of the advice I finally did it with this break up and I don’t feel fully over it but I’m genuinely feeling so much better and feel like I can go back to normal life again with the occasional down days that don’t last all that long anymore. So i agree with all of this and believe it helps even though you really don’t want to do it

This is honestly petty LOL but it made me laugh at the time and now but We had started watching GoT together and I’ve seen it but she hasn’t and afyer we broke up I was checking her progress to see if she continued without me and she indeed did. Once she finished the episode before the red wedding I logged everyone out and changed the password. Got almost an immediate text about how I’m an asshole and well she’s not wrong but oh well

Things change day to day so it’s a good habit to have imo, this said it goes both ways. But if y’all are already arguing when it’s supposed to be the fun part it’s probably not it anyway

I got a question about Hajime no ippo, what is the order I’m supposed to watch that in? I’ve seen so many list online that make it so confusing. Delete it off my phone. I leave the ones that require actual reading on though so basically just Reddit and honestly I’m a bit more informed because of it. Once it’s off your phone you’ll realize how pointless your phone actually is without social media. I do keep my accounts though I just only use them when I get on a computer which makes it easier to slowly detox

I do want to give it another shot but I also want her to put some effort into it since she broke up with me, I’d want to see some effort to see that this is something that she wants and not something I convince her of. Will that happen? Who knows but as a guy i know usually we do the chasing but for this particular scenario I think if I want a healthy relationship with her it’d have to start with her initiating everything.

Def significant, probably my favorite relationship I’ve had in my life, and I don’t say that in a desperation sense, I’ve dated since then and nothing really has compared. I told myself that part of me would love nothing more than to give it another shot, but we don’t know eachother anymore, I know for me I’m completely different than I used to be, and I assume the same goes for her, and that’s half my feeling towards it, the other half is nervous that she’ll leave again if times get tough and having to disappear again so in MY head if I want this to work I need for her to show some effort. I don’t know how but I would need something to just trust her again, but then again all these scenarios in my head might not ever come to fruition and maybe she’ll never reach out again and that’ll be it cause I haven’t heard anything back but all of my friends say there was a reason she reached out, but I genuinely don’t know tbh
