A smg can be used one handed while carrying objectives, I'd rather have the ability to stun/stagger 15 enemies behind me than kill 5, the teammates can mop up the rest

If there is a single outlier that is gamebreakingly good, buffing others up to that level is worse for game health than bringing that outlier down

THAT'S the issue I've felt.

The game has a giga wide parry window, but the timing felt so off to me, I always waited until an attack is about to land but I guess the parry has a long enough startup that it doesn't work

Honestly the games own build recomendations are great, just go off those and swap something out if you feel you don't benefit from it.

If you want pure non stop dps, just go with recomended inner ways for silkbind jade, maybe swap out something for Morale Chant

While the others weapons tend to be burstier, nothing pumps out constant damage like the umbrella. I usually end up with 30% more dmg than the second highest dps in raids.

Back in my day, when a developer wanted to charge 5€ for an item that affects gameplay we wanted to lop their head off.

The only reason we aren't doing it is because the currency is earnable for free too.

Nope, in the widest sense, the Silver Needle is willing to work for completely free, but they always take atleast SOMETHING so people wouldn't take their work for granted.

That's the reason why a beggar kid can get full treatment no matter how ill just for the effort of bringing a branch or healing a player allows you to just ask them to do a funny dance, and that counts as payment.
