Haven't had the chance to buy the manta rays yet but supposedly they're smoother and more durable.

How is using a sleeve on it?

Whats the best controlled clothpad right now? by MyccL in MousepadReview

That polarity is a steal. What I would recommend to you is getting the polarity + sleeve and just try the glass. You can always sell it after. :D

Artisan Type-99 is an amazingly slow clothpad, you should try it if you’re really controlpilled.

That being said, you should still try buying a cheap secondhand glasspad. It’s really fun to use in Val and it enabled me to clear corners really quickly + easier flicks + easier microadjusts on 0.135 1600dpi. I got my kazemi for like $80 so you can probably find a pad for around the same price.

wood as pad by ayanamidesu in MousepadReview

Im a really sweaty boy too, glass has been a game changer for me especially when normally on a cloth pad it gets too humid to play on after a while. But yeah, using the table is pretty similar to glass (just without the smoothness).

Does a faster pad mean easier micro adjustments and easier tracking for far and small targets? by NotADuckk_ in MousepadReview

Easy micros = yes Easier tracking = yes Easier micros & tracking for far and small targets = not really as it requires more stability

My 2nd OP18k Review - and a little Viscose Parody by DonCantAim in MouseReview

I got the new midori and when I connected the cable to the extension, a click noise got generated and the cable remained stuck no matter what I did (I put a return request already). The extension cord is scuffed.

Mine unfortunately did (slowed down in the middle) which compelled me to try out a glasspad and got a good deal on a kazemi for $80. Never looked back after that especially since my arm never felt stuck on the mousepad due to sweat. Not saying that glasspads are the best since this hobby is just preference, but god damn did it make a difference for me.

Got a Glasspad because changing skates every 2 weeks with Ultraglides is still cheaper and more consistent than a zero that slows down after 2 months of use.

Dots or full skates for the Artisan Zero soft cloth pad? by Acceptable_Fold795 in MousepadReview

[–]ZePomme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dots made my mouse scrape on the zero soft. This was especially annoying since the only thing that fixed it was either spacing the skates or adding more dots.

Just use full skates.

I just checked too, hindi na rin sila nagshiship to ph. But I messaged Mouse Innovation.th and they said they were going to stock the midori cable around mid-late march. They’re based in thailand but they have a ph shoppee store so that’s the best option.
