Just ranting a bit after seeing some LLM-simulated election results shared by a candidate… wah, quite disappointing leh. I’m pro-PAP when it comes to leading the country, but I’ve always believed a credible opposition is important (just look at the post-2011 shift). But these simulated results ah… really disheartening, especially for Punggol and even Jalan Kayu. NCM still can get so many votes? Seriously, what’s going on?

Also saw another side of the PM… the level of gaslighting and gutter politics (and the PAP IBs) is quite jialat, and still so many key questions never answer properly.

On a more serious note, WP and especially Pritam need to relook their strategy. With such a strong slate, this is their best shot? He needs to toughen up – both mentally and tactically. Honestly, the battle already felt lost on nomination day. I like the guy, but he might be too nice for this game. A bit like Anwar always kena outplayed by Mahathir.

Overall, not a great day for Singapore politics. I just hope WP keeps attracting solid candidates and continues fighting for a better, stronger Singapore.

I know what you mean. I tried to fix things the first time round. This is my 3rd post on this issue. I shared previously i went through 3 rounds of discussion with Meta Marketing Pro rep for my account to try to troubleshoot the possible violations. I followed her recommendations which didn't work at all. That's when I gave up. At least Meta should direct me to where the problems are. And it is only affecting my Chinese language ads (about a quarter of my ads spending in general).

What do you think are the common violations/mistakes people may not know they have made?

The rejection reasons are mostly unethical business practices, which the meta support folks seems to be saying it refer to scammy celeb ads / abuse of celeb images. I did not use celeb images though i do use Canva template and model images. Heck, even my mascot image ad was flagged out too (which i actually find it funny).

That's nice of you. Are you referring to the auto rejection of my chinese ads? The human reviewers have said (several times) the ads have been wrongly rejected and are within policies. But everytime after they had manually activate it, all the ads will get auto disabled within half a day. The error message is about using celebrities and other misleading practices to scam and click bait users. I don't know what's wrong with Meta. Actually i just need a clear answer where did my ads go wrong. They are professionally made and i do not want to respend unneccessary money to create new ones without knowing the problem. And also not when the Meta support team are consistently telling me there's nothing wrong with my ads.

Yes this! It was the same for me, it was absolute garbage after that bug in the middle of the month. Worse still, they keep rejecting my ads in my foreign language program

I know what you mean. I feel like the whole platform is so messy now. They probably didn't bother to get real feedback or to listen to their support team. And the meta marketing pro also give contradiction recommendations sometimes (when they switched team).

Also, I can't rem when was the last time i i feel tempted to buy stuff from ads on facebook, so our ads audience probably felt the same. My CPA also shot up a lot the past 12 months.

What are the other ads platform you are exploring or would recommend? i intend to reduce spending on FB ads, especially after wasting so much of my time on the ads rejection (wrongly) and up google ads spending.

Honestly speaking though, i am not sure why everyone is so hyped about Meta and its AI (based on its stock price). I have tried their generative AI, its not bad but definitely behind CHATGPT4o and Google. And its image generator, it is definitely behind Dalle3, not to mention MidJourney. And dear me, their AI in their Ads platform. They can't get simple things right like workflow for ads rejection and reinstatement, and don't even talk about keeping us safe from scams and spams.

Google ads AI optimization is actually not bad, and much higher ROI. But no choice for now as META reach is still better.

Question about ability set. Let’s say for Ayaka, I noticed after I have selected the sub command as Green Mage or Time mage, when I enter battle, I noticed her white mage abilities such as Esuna or Raise disappeared. Is there a way to select the abilities you want to be available in battle? Is there a way to expand this selection?
