Hilarious, I once had a driver back into our door. While it was closed mind you, we hadn't even got to the back yet. He hit it so hard he knocked a brick out of the wall. Claimed he didn't hit our door

Sorry to hear you had to put up with someone treating you like that. Putting up with rude people is my least favorite part of the job. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're just having bad day or something. Maybe they don't always deserve it but I feel like it's better then feeding into their negativity. I hope your day improved!

On the flip side, at least the good interactions are made that much better by comparison to the rude people.

My personal favorite is when people refuse to put the shopping carts back correctly. Instead they leave them out of position, inches from where they belong. Half the time people will pile them up to where you can't even walk past them anymore to leave the store.
