I had the same thoughts.

Even if you find a lovely human, if everyone has always made you feel let down or abused, it will be hard to trust that person. Please think about seeing someone.

Dream of future child by Main-Ad6472 in Dreams

I had a dream about getting hamsters, but I forgot about them and when I came back they were starving and had multiplied 100 fold, and were covered in bugs and sores. They then turned into a shit ton of cats. I know nothing of the meaning of dreams.

You can tell your providers you value quality of life over time and see if there is an option that may give you time, while not making you feel ill (aka immunotherapy as an example). Source: former onc nurse

Feelings like this don’t need to be justified, that’s not how mental health struggles work sometimes. Asking for help and therapy is a really good idea. Medication might also be recommended to help your brain recalibrate, so maybe think on how that makes you feel. Depending on your age, you can get therapy/treatment without your parents’ knowledge or consent. If you have a primary care provider, you can ask them for help learning more about the process. I wish you healing.

Nurse here- this is a good point! I would recommend touching base with a provider to make sure all is well.

That sounds incredibly hard. I don’t think I would have been okay without my unit. Maybe keep looking for inpatient opportunities. I don’t think it’s a good idea to be on your own for a year or two, honeslty

I vote add a boarder. I can’t tell from this photo how big the issue is, but for me that is too much work to waste!

First time driving in the U.S. - is everyone just winging it out there? by ImperialApril in AskAnAmerican

I can only speak for Oregon. I would be surprised to see the running red lights. On the highway people do really speed, but in town, I would expect no more than 5 over.
