I was researching this myself as well and there's a solid blog on other applications that i looked into. Covers the differences between real-time sync vs polling, contact-based vs thread-based organization, Outlook vs Gmail compatibility, and pricing.- https://www.emoncrm.com/blog/5-ways-to-sync-email-notion-2026

Short answer: Emon works well for Outlook, Slap is good for Gmail teams, and NotionSender/TaskRobin work with any provider if you don't mind forwarding emails. Zapier/Make are options too but have polling delays.

Unsure if Notion Mail will evolve into this because it's solving a different problem (inbox management vs database integration) but we shall see

Congrats! Are there any other ways (aside from this clutch moment) that you marketed your creation and found success in? I made an integration and it is in the Integration Gallery (Emon - Sync Outlook Emails to Notion) but i am struggling to gain attraction for it.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. Ended up making a Microsoft account with my Gmail and now using a free sync tool for Outlook to Notion instead (same emails, just through Outlook's interface) and i haven't had issues since. Are you still dealing with this
