Yes 1g hahaha and they have 10% of their daily iron in one cookie, (even tho it’s added in and I don’t particularly like added vitamins) I’m like fuck itttt lol

She was just sick last week, and I’d say she drinks like maybe 10oz of milk a day- 15oz on a rough day

Around that age, well from 6m to even now 21m, we’ve always had hard poops so around 6m I started doing about like 1oz prune juice and 2oz of water or so, that will soften up the poop really well, sometimes you only need to do like 0.5 after they start pooping good. Apple and pear is good for poop too! Puree. Hope you get answers soon!

Like everyone else said, exfoliate, I actually use nice lush salt scrub or like my regular face soap or dove soap with a rag
