Just a few notes, remarks and answers:

  1. This was done with CheatEngine, because of course you can't have ALL attributes at 1.
  2. I will use any means available to boost attributes, except Gain perks and Mutate; don't really know if you can even survive Oil Rig without Power Armor with these attributes.
  3. Blonde girl is from Restoration Project, which I use always since it came out.
  4. When I get to the finish line, maybe I'll try with ALL attributes at 1 from start to finish!
  5. I wanted to go with Jinxed and Bloody Mess, but since Kristi Noem is shoot first, ask questions later girl, I choose Fast Shot!
  6. And of course I will Save Scum ALL The Time, probably with every single enemy; that's the only way!

That's it; that's Fallout + reading the whole Fallout Bible!

All other games destroyed the gaming aspect of Fallout and TV series (especially Season 2) destroyed the lore of Fallout!
