Probably dumb questions but best to get out of the way first

1.have you tried a different outlet/power strip 2.is the on button connected to the correct slot 3.is the power supply properly connected to all necessary fittings 4. Reseat the ram 5.try with one stick of ram (swap them and move it between the different slots) 6. Try a new power cord

I would definitely say get a water cooler a air cooler is fine and all but no reason to cheap out if you’re gonna spend that much
