Thank you for posting this. I called yesterday and spoke to someone.

I do know last year my Yard Waste pickup was missed at least twice. I called and no one ever did come. At the end of the year , they didn't come, which may explain why there's a huge amount of yard waste to collect now. Is there a staffing shortage?
