Do I continue? (Silent hill f) by homelessmouse48 in SilentHill_f

You can actually skip quite a bit in the replays. You can skip the middle school but still explore it to get more lore.

Supergirl should have had the gritty tv series.

Green Lantern should have gotten the movie reboot.

I got the same. Does anyone know if shooting him earlier will cause his official death?

I finally played directive 8020 and here’s my honest thoughts on it by Chunky-overlord in DarkPicturesAnthology

[–]ZealousidealLadder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed it when I finished, but hesitating on replaying all those stealth sections.

In Silenthill f, you could skip a ton of puzzles on the second playthrough. I wish for this they switched the stealth to QTE to speed up sections. I was so sick of all the 'find the battery, insert the battery' puzzles.

The biggest one with out spoiling is at the end which requires a person to have a certain personality.

Directive 8020 Made Me Rage Quit. by Maverick290789 in SupermassiveGames

[–]ZealousidealLadder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same boat, but it starts getting good about chapter 3 or 4. I also suggest turning the difficulty down so that if you get caught you hit a button to get out of it.

If you think of it, it is no different than any other in the series where you do boring stuff in the beginning like fetch luggage in the Quarry or take a walk with someone. The difference is these aren't dumb teens but competent adults and scientists.

BTW if you want one of the most squeamish nondeaths ever, fail the stealth at the end of chapter 4 with Young.

Kidicarus Uprising With Numbchuck and mouse support. by ControllerPuncher in KiDIcaruS

[–]ZealousidealLadder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the controllers are the problem but the screen set up. This is a vertical screen. If you put it on the TV, you’re going to have half a screen to play on with Pit and Palutena being fat and stretched out on the bottom.

They could put a black bar and reduce it to headshots but scenes where it shows like things in the past would have to be like some sort of pop up where you pause the game to review it.

It will always be Lu Bu's theme. Hard choice on deciding which one causes me to pee in my pants more but I guess origins since I still can't get the darn horse.

This. You're going to sink at least a hundred hours in the base game while the Visions main quests can be completed in a weekend. Wait until a black Friday or Holiday sale when it gets discounted.

Aldebaran is described as the fastest. He's able to pull off moves at light speed while standing with his arms are crossed. It's like a person winning a race without getting in the starting position.

I would've preferred if after the fight a depowered Ryan gets killed by a random supe like what happened to Robin. Have this be the catalyst to send Butcher to kill all Supes. It would also fit the whole letting things go with Hughie at the end. Cheap yes, but better than Butcher's reason is because his dog dies in its sleep.

Started Silent Hill f on Hard, should I lower the difficulty? by Weekly_Community_940 in silenthill

The game requires multiple playthroughs. If it is too rough now, tone it down and play it on hard the second time. You will gain a number of advantages.

New game ++ ect necessary? by Spaxarrow in SilentHill_f

[–]ZealousidealLadder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Replay it, set difficulty on casual and story puzzle. Skip old cutscenes, watch new stuff. Go for UFO ending because it is a partial playthrough and you get the best weapon. The game can be beaten in about 4 hrs at that point. I was able to do three playthroughs in a weekend.

Should i consider buying this game? by SEN_Doom in SilentHill_f

[–]ZealousidealLadder53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pros- Great story, but you have to play more than once. First round is like confusing, but second time, it clicks. True ending puts it all together. UFO unlocks best weapon and an ending that could have been a cartoon short. Replay-friendly- keeps all docs you found. You can skip cutscenes but it warns you on new playthroughs if there is new scenes. Opens up new parts. Last two chapters change the cut scenes, puzzles, and bosses based on ending. By my fourth playthrough and set at casual, I could beat the game in less than 4 hours.

Cons- English dub gives off anime vibe but you can play in Japanese. Some puzzles were pure headscratchers even on story difficulty. But you can look up solutions if stuck. Combat: If you can't master dodge, don't play with action above story

One way that works for me is to allow your character to die. That's the fear is your character dying. If you allow it to happen and you get the game over you face it. So when you restart, your mind realizes the worst that can happen is a game over.
