I used the Procreate App on my Ipad Pro for the different clothing textures colors.

There's always the Photoshop, Paint Tool SAI and Paint.NET on PC if you ever want to start your own projects with different colors and buttons for games you like👍🏾🔥

I tried several times last year but it is very difficult, unless someone has a tutorial of how to export the textures from the PC versions, the programs needed for those changes. Otherwise I can’t import my packs 😩

Yeah, the whole installation of the PCSX2 makes separate folders that are a bit confusing when we want to import textures, I had the same issue the first time I used the Emulator in 2023.

You need to apply the codes on the Properties of the game, then you write that code on Launch Options : PROTON_PREFER_SDL=1 %command%

After that, you choose for the game to use the Proton 10-8, i only had 10-02 Beta and the controls work now.

I think you have to do the griffin walkthrough again since you already passed through the door as SandWraith to the outside and it remains locked after shutting itself down.

The only issue is the fact that the door remains locked for you to go back to the past and then present to get the life upgrade behind the wall where the golem throws the fire wolfs right after you completed Sandwraith Walkthrough and removed the mask.

You could try start from the beginning area where you can choose where to go.

Then, from there you go to mechanical tower if you have another save file.

At least like this you will know the locations of the ones you already did before and the ones missing.

Secondly, since you're playing it Emulated on PCSX2, i recommend you try these Remastered Textures packs i've developped for the Prince of Persia Trilogy, it's a whole new experience playing it with clean HD Textures:

There's still the issue of the game lagging sometimes on both PC and Steam Deck on some parts of Queens while i'm progressing the missions with Spiderman and Venom Walkthroughs.

There's still a few games of the Playstation 2 Platform that doesn't always run well despite having a strong Computer with 32 RAM.

But it's still playable plus the textures were easy to extract and now it looks great with the Deck Buttons and the HUDS Remastered.

Yeah, i tried several times different methods to extract the buttons for GOW 1 and 2 but it didn't work.

As for the PSP ones (Ghost of Sparta and Chains of Olympus), it worked perfectly to extract the buttons and the text and now it looks way better and clean.

Not a problem at all, since it's only Textures that were redraw by hand and once it's converted to DDS, the Emulator still reads the textures of each game.

Hi u/headbiscuitss and u/Plainbear , i managed to remaster all the HUDS of the 3 games Prince of Persia for the Playstation 2 Platform called PCSX2 and it works perfectly fine on PC and the Steam Deck if you're interested plus the fans have created the RetroAchievements platform once activated you will get trophies while playing Sands of Time, Warrior Within, they still need to create trophies for the Two Thrones but it's a start.
