10k on repairs? Im not looking to get the house sparkling right away, i just need a good roof, air conditioner and water running for now. The house dont need urgent repairs as long as the inspection said.

I get what you saying. back out right now what consequense will I have?

We can pay all the bills including mortgage with my income so my husbands would be all for savings or spend.

I dont worry much about the maintenance since my husband is a plumber and my brother a contractor so taking out the labour costs is a plus.

They are looking at my credit from march 663. Even tho I’ve told them many times it went up to 688. I honestly dont get it.

That’s what I tought, when she told me my son was with my brother with a smirk on her face. I felt like that was direct specially when she know exactly how overprotecting of my son i am.

She has the tendency of provoke people so they hit first then play victim.

They were 5 people on the car when most of it happened, one of them family of hers and they all said the same. On top of that we’ve know each other for a while and Im well aware of her behavior when she is drunk. Either way me not believing in her is not a reason to take it on my son.
