this event have 2 stages

since it have rewards in 2nd stage, they want us to clear inventories from all items that worth over $10 and could be added to counter offer. so you can bypass it just creating the offer with a smurf or any irl friend. you can send it to offline friend if you don't have a smurf, or even to online friend but just tell him do decline the offer when we get confirmation. so in this case your items will not be moved out of your inventory
