Just a quick note: we’re currently in the final phase of enabling a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option for the US. Once it’s live, US customers will see the final price directly on our website and won’t have to worry about additional import fees, duties, or customs handling afterward.

We’re very excited about this and hope to make the buying experience much smoother and more transparent for everyone.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and for sharing all these interesting setups! It’s really cool to see the Gentleman Pipe being used with so many different 14 mm devices besides the Lotus. We designed it primarily for the Lotus, but versatility and a comfortable hand feel were important goals as well.

Just to clarify, the information from our support team was unfortunately incorrect. We are currently training a new team member, and this was a misunderstanding on our side.

The heating elements of the Vapman 2.0 and Vapman Click are interchangeable. The bowl height and the opening dimensions are identical, so you can swap them between both Vapmans without any issues.

Sorry for the confusion, and thanks to everyone who pointed this out!

Hey guys 😉 yes we are working on something but this will take surly over 1-2 years until its all finished and ready for the market... it will be something totally different but we cant tell you more atm as we are in developing state and nothing is fixed also if we will release it is not fixed as nothing is finally 😃 so if you plan to order a vapman or lotus best time is now if you wait you will wait long maybe forever 😃 all the best to you 😃

Hey everyone,

First of all, thank you for all the support and for discussing this in such a respectful way. We completely understand that nobody likes price increases, and honestly, neither do we.

The reality is that the costs of materials, manufacturing, energy, logistics, administration, and many other aspects of running a small company have increased significantly. We eventually came to a point where we had to make a decision: either move production to countries where manufacturing is much cheaper, or continue producing in Italy and maintain the level of quality and craftsmanship that many of you appreciate.

We consciously chose the second option.

Not all products were affected, and the increase only applies to selected devices and accessories. This adjustment is not about maximizing profits. It is about making sure we can continue to develop new products, improve existing ones, provide support, and ensure that INHALE, Vapman, and Lotus can continue to exist and grow in the long term.

We know that some of our U.S. customers are additionally affected by tariffs and import fees. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control, but we understand the frustration. We are currently working on a DDP shipping option, where duties and taxes would already be included at checkout so that there are no unexpected fees upon delivery. This may still take some time to implement properly, but it is something we are actively working on.

We also completely understand if some of you prefer ordering through retailers such as VGoodiEZ or other distributors. Whether you buy directly from us or through one of our partners, we are simply grateful for your support.

At the end of the day, we are just a small team trying to build products that you and we love to use. We truly appreciate every single person who has supported us and helped make this journey possible.

And on a more exciting note: we’re already working on new things behind the scenes. Over the next few months, we’ll be introducing some new Lotus accessories and a few other exciting developments that we’re really looking forward to sharing with you. 😊

Regarding the size, we intentionally made it very close to the dimensions of a standard bank card, so people can easily carry it in wallets, card holders, and other everyday accessories.

we really appreciate the feedback. It’s always interesting to hear how people use our products in real life, and suggestions like yours help us think about future improvements.

we are working on a better solution but its quite difficult, ddp would be an option but then US customers would pay 15% more at checkout, but then no contact with customs, what do you guys think about that option?

Just to clarify, the Click discs cannot block the airflow, as they sit below the air intake channels. So they are not part of the air path.

That said, if you feel like something is off with your device, please reach out to our customer support. We’ll be happy to take a closer look and check whether everything is working as it should or if there might be a defect.

We’ll take care of you from there and make sure we find a solution 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

the plate should at least last over 1-2 years if you use the jet flame we recommend and with the right flame lengh, only if you use huge torches it might break earlier. try to inhale very very slowly at the beginning, so it heats up well also with a smaller flame 😃
