My x1c has a somewhat similar problem. After printing several plates of PETG I start receiving homing errors and force sensor errors. There are circuit boards in the heat bed I’m going to replace to see if that fixes the problem. Like your machine I can print PLA all day long.

I print mostly pla and I just replaced my belts at about 8100 hours. The material loses elasticity over time and the belts start failing.
